Boom + Batten is hiring Baristas

Our café, located on the water in the Victoria International Marina, is open from early till late everyday and features coffee, liquor service, pastries and savory food.

We work with local and international suppliers and all our baked goods are made fresh daily in house.

Featuring a team of dedicated and talented industry professionals, we are seeking applicants with a minimum of 1 year experience as a Barista who have a passion for providing quality hospitality.

The chosen applicants will:

Have a genuine interest in coffee and be able to maintain a high level of consistency and quality in executing espresso, beverage and food service
Be motivated to provide warm and informed service to every guest, every time
Be able to maintain high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and organization by guaranteeing food is quickly and correctly delivered to guests and ensuring the service areas are clean, stocked and visually appealing
