    Job Description:

    • Convert warm outbound leads into sales (you will be calling customers that fill out an application and are interested in the product. You will not be cold calling.)
    • Provide financial education to every customer
    • Handle multiple customers simultaneously
    • Close and guide customers through the sales process
    • Effective use of our CRM system. Previous use of Salesforce an asset but not required

    Desired Skills:

    • Fluent in French
    • Strong sales and negotiation skills
    • Previous sales experience strongly preferred
    • Aptitude for working in a team dynamic
    • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
    • Effective problem solving and critical thinking skills (proactive and reactive)
    • Strong communication skills
    • Positive attitude and outlook required
