Key Responsibilities:


  • Administration of biweekly Canadian and US payrolls for 200+ employees
  • Process hires, changes, terminations, timesheets maintenance, bonus and other payments on ADP Workforce Now
  • Administration of benefits programs
  • Enrollments, Changes and Reconciliations
  • Reconciling monthly, quarterly and annual government remittances (Federal, Provincial, State)
  • Updating and maintaining payroll procedures, guides and other documents
  • Respond to queries from employees and external clients
  • Ensure accuracy of hours worked by employees
  • Responsible for providing payroll reports to Finance.
  • Other duties as required

Required Knowledge and Experience:


  • University degree or College diploma is preferred
  • 3+ years of payroll experience in a highvolume environment
  • ADP WorkForce Now (WFN) experience is required
  • US Payroll experience is an asset
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel, including Vlookups and PIVOT tables and formulas
  • Excellent organizational skills with capability to perform in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrates professionalism when dealing with confidential and sensitive information
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels within an organization
