    This position is part of the R&D Delivery team operating within Precision Nano Systems ULC and will be on-site. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

    In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

    • Support development of RNA lipid nanoparticle (LNP) formulations, manufacturing processes at small and medium scales, and analytical methods for drug substance and drug product .
    • Develop laboratory procedures including cell culture and immunoassays.
    • Conduct in-vitro transcription (IVT) to generate RNA, carry out downstream process and RNA QC analysis.

    The essential requirements of the job include:

    • BSc/MSc in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or relevant field with minimum 3 years of related industrial or relevant academic research experience; PhD candidates with relevant background.
    • Hands-on experience in developing LNP formulations and characterizations (DLS, zeta-potential, RiboGreenTM assay, PicoGreenTM assay, gel electrophoresis etc.).
    • Experience in cell culture techniques, working knowledge of microscopy, flow cytometry, ELISA, and Western blotting; experience in qPCR assays, in-vitro transcription, downstream purification of nucleic acids, and analytics.

    The salary range for this role is $75K-$90K CAD. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future.

    This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
