Description

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service
• Manage and supervise a team of employees, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of food orders
• Handle cash transactions and reconcile cash registers at the end of each shift

• Previous experience in restaurant management or a similar role is preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
• Knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fastpaced environment
• Strong problemsolving skills with the ability to make quick decisions
• Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and cash handling
• Experience in interviewing, hiring, and training new employees
• Barista or bubble tea experience is a plus
