We are a Professional Bookkeeping & Organizational Management company that works closely with business owners from various types of industries.


We are looking for part time and full-time bookkeepers to join our team and help us achieve our goal of providing high quality Accounting and Business management services.

Our office is located in Burnaby. We offer flexibility in hours and work from home flexibility as well.


Responsibilities and Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Full cycle Accounting including: bank and credit card reconciliations, invoicing, accounts receivable and financial statements and Year End preparation.
  • Payroll, T4s, WCB, GST, PST, T5018 reporting.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent with completed accounting courses required. Post secondary Accounting diploma/Certificates an asset.
  • Strong fundamental knowledge of accounting principals.
  • Minimum 3year bookkeeping/Accounting experience required.
  • You love numbers and have a high level of accuracy with strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online & Desktop accounting software required.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Organized, detailed oriented, selfmotivated and efficient
  • Effective communication skills both verbal and writing.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and fun loving
  • Driver's license an asset


Hourly rate dependant on qualifications and skills; with ample room for professional development, mentoring and wage increases as skills develop.

Extended benefits plan too
