Role Summary
Enviroshake is a successful and leading North American manufacturer of highly innovative, quality products, is seeking a resourceful, dynamic, and highly driven Marketing Specialist to join their team.
The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for executing day-to-day marketing activities that support brand visibility, lead generation, customer communication, and sales enablement. This role focuses on reliable execution, coordination, and reporting across digital, print, customer-facing tools, and events – freeing senior marketing leadership to focus on strategy, innovation, and long-term growth initiatives.
Open to a hybrid model, the candidate must be able to work in the Dresden office 2-3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing Execution
- Build, schedule, and manage email campaigns using Pardot, including Engagement Studio workflows
- Update website plugins, blogs, and pages using WordPress or Webflow
- Support lead capture and tracking through Salesforce-integrated tools
- Assist with competitor research and market monitoring (Keyword Planner or similar)
· Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials
Reporting & Administration
- Prepare and maintain recurring marketing reports (Excel, Tableau or similar)
- Support automated reporting initiatives where applicable
- Track campaign performance and flag issues or opportunities
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across marketing and CRM platforms
- Translate CRM insights into action plans that optimize campaigns, lead flow, and customer engagement
Print & Physical Marketing
- Coordinate print materials including refreshes to:
- Direct mail campaigns
- Signage
- Re-orders of marketing stock
- Work with vendors to manage timelines, proofs, and deliveries
Trade Shows & Events
- Support trade show planning, execution, and follow-up
- Assist with post-event reporting and lead handling
Customer Support Tools
- Assist with marketing-related customer service tools such as:
- Dialpad
- Visualizer tools
Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with Director of Marketing, sales, and customer service teams
- Handle repetitive but essential marketing tasks
- Take ownership of projects aligned to individual strengths and skillset
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with design software (Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, etc.)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented with a high level of follow-through
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- An excellent communicator and storyteller
- Possesses a strong sense of visual style
- Capable of understanding appropriate tone, voice and topics that will engage our audience in a significant way
- Comfortable using AI-powered tools (e.g., ChatGPT or similar) to support content creation, research, analysis, and workflow efficiency
- A solid understanding of core marketing principles, campaign management, and lead flow processes, including:
- Lead generation strategies
- Lead flow and sales funnel management
- Lead nurturing and conversion optimization
- Marketing automation processes
- Campaign performance tracking and reporting
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt in a continuously evolving environment
Preferred Experience
- Email marketing platforms (Pardot, Mailchimp or similar)
- CMS experience (WordPress, Webflow)
- CRM experience (Salesforce)
- Exposure to print production and trade shows
- Reporting or data handling experience (Excel required, Tableau an asset)
Qualifications:
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 3+ years of marketing experience preferred
Role Impact
This role is critical to maintaining consistent marketing execution across channels. By handling operational and repeatable marketing tasks, the Marketing Coordinator enables the organization to scale marketing efforts efficiently while maintaining quality and reliability.
