Overview:
We are a reputable tree care service company dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Research Assistant.

In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting our team, conducting market research, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales and marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

Support our team by providing administrative assistance, coordinating schedules, and maintaining records.
Conduct market research to identify competitors, analyze market trends, and explore potential areas for growth.
Assist the manager with various tasks, including data entry, report generation, and communications.
Collaborate with the team to develop strategies for increasing sales and expanding our customer base.
Utilize Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Word, and Google to manage documents, schedules, and communications effectively.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in administrative support, sales, or marketing roles is preferred.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of the tree care industry or related field is a plus.

Work Environment:
The position requires 10 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options available. You will work closely with our management team in a collaborative and supportive environment.

$16.55 per hour
