What you will do:

Provide consulting services and deliver mandates

  • Lead and/or contribute to strategic mandates that will help clients achieve their current and future business goals.
  • Work closely with VPs/ADs to ensure maximal synergies among mandates and and sharing of strategic knowledges/insights.
  • Understand client strategies and where needed assist clients in developing transformational digital strategies. Translate these strategies into tangible actions and tactics that can be executed by delivery and expert teams.
  • Consultant must own how operational groups must work together to create the desired consulting services output to the client
  • Identify key metrics and KPIs to be tracked to measure ROI of initiatives and to help monitor the performance.
  • Maintain an ROIdriven mentality in everything you deliver and measure for clients and influence the rest of the organization to have that same mentality.
  • Own leading all client teams to see the possibilities of KPIs and Performance Measurement in their client deliverables lead these teams to support Performance Measurement as a culture (example is POOLCORP and Baymond report).
  • Support and help PO in the prioritization of Consulting Services elements.
Monitoring

  • Improve and challenge the client backlog to ensure it reflects and identifies consulting services opportunities while making sure the long term roadmap is aligned with the client's vision and business objectives and contains Consulting Services opportunities.
  • Monitor the eCommerce performance of clients based on established business objectives in addition to analysing the data points and proactively identify issues and areas of improvement.eCommerce Consultant must own bringing the areas of improvement back to the client with the support of the AD, VP and client services teams.
  • Complete QAs after the fact, in a lessons learned manner and articulate how that is to be brought back to the client.
  • Communicate findings with VPs, ADs, POs and other internal stakeholders. Communicate to clients in collaboration with other internal stakeholders.
Support sales

  • Identifying what consulting services clients need and will buy, how we position that with our other work, how we price it and how we deliver it so that it is a NOTICEABLE valueadded for the clients.
  • Participate in pitches (concept, methodology, costing, final presentation, etc.).
  • Identify opportunities within existing accounts and support ADs and VPs to pitch the services.
  • Propose relevant next steps at the end of the project or additional activities during the project.
  • Promote your expertise internally (Regional and Global) and externally to the commerce service line (lunch & learn, conference, etc.).
Act as a Subject Matter Expert

  • Become an expert in 1 to 3 industries/verticals (e

g:
healthcare, HVAC, construction material), and maintain your level of expertise over time.

Adobe

  • Be the center of expertise for Adobe solutions within our team of consultants
  • Develop roadmaps for our customers using the various Adobe solutions.
  • Promote and optimize Adobe solutions in our customer accounts.
  • Prioritize and align the backlog of tasks and optimizations with our customers' business objectives for Adobe solutions.
  • Define requirements and analyze customer needs in relation to the various options that Adobe solutions can provide.

What you should have:


  • Minimum of 5 years experience in eCommerce strategy with entreprise accounts
  • Excellent oral and written language skill both in French and English.
  • A proactive leader with business acumen
  • Positive attitude and diplomatic approach to communication
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas in a simple way, including to a Clevel audience
  • University education in eCommerce, IT, business administration or any other related field (or relevant experience)
  • Experience or good understanding of B2B contexts and realities
  • Knowledge of retail, B2C, and D2C
  • Adobe Commerce Business Practitioner certification required;
  • Adobe Target and Analytics certification an asset;
