Role Summary


Key Skills and Experiences:


  • Endpoint Security Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive endpoint security strategies tailored to meet the unique needs of clients, leveraging Microsoft Defender, InTune, and other EDR/MDR solutions.
  • Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation and configuration of endpoint security solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and alignment with security best practices.
  • Incident Response: Collaborate with incident response teams to investigate and mitigate endpoint security incidents, utilizing advanced forensic techniques and analysis of security logs and alerts.
  • Threat Intelligence: Stay abreast of emerging threats and vulnerabilities affecting endpoint security, and incorporate threat intelligence into security strategies and operational procedures.
  • Security Assessments: Conduct endpoint security assessments, identifying gaps and vulnerabilities in existing security measures, and recommending remediation actions to enhance overall security posture.
  • Client Engagement: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, security requirements, and regulatory compliance needs, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions accordingly. Communicate effectively orally, in writing, and establish a cooperative working relationship with all people during the performance of assigned duties.
  • Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate documentation of endpoint security configurations, policies, and procedures, and prepare comprehensive reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Training and Knowledge: Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to educate clients and internal teams on endpoint security best practices, technologies, and emerging threats. Maintain current knowledge on industry issues/trends and competitive products.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing endpoint security solutions, with a focus on Microsoft Defender, InTune, Crowdstrike, Sentinel One, and other EDR/MDR platforms.
  • Strong understanding of endpoint security concepts, including malware prevention, detection, and response, endpoint detection and response (EDR), and endpoint management.
  • Handson experience with security technologies such as antivirus, endpoint firewall, endpoint encryption, and endpoint detection and response (EDR) solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell) for automation and orchestration of endpoint security tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, understand their requirements, and articulate technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, CompTIA Security+, or vendorspecific certifications in Microsoft Defender, InTune, Crowdstrike, or Sentinel One are highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to analyze complex security incidents and recommend appropriate remediation actions.
  • Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering highquality results on time.
