Customer Service Representative for our Milton order desk.

Duties:


  • Entering sales orders, responding to customer concerns and processing returns
  • Managing customer accounts as assigned
  • Determine opportunities for new sales
  • Resolve all inbound and outbound support requests per established guidelines
  • Assist in shipping department

Qualifications and Requirements:


  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of customer service experience preferred
  • Customercentric
  • Good timemanagement skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work with mínimal supervision
