Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper
Looking for someone with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in bookkeeping.

If you have a positive can-do attitude, are organized, reliable, and detail-oriented, we invite you to join our small property management team of commercial and residential properties.

Part-time position (10 to 16 hrs/week), Weekdays. $20-$25 / Hourly salary.


Duties:


Bookkeeping:


  • Manage payroll.
  • Maintain a record of financial transactions.
  • Work with Yardi, Excel and Ms Office.
  • Manage accounts receivable/payable.
  • Verify and reconcile bank transactions.
  • General bookkeeping duties, collecting rents and deposits.

Skills/Qualifications:


  • Experience and knowledge of basic accounting.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to keep tenants' information confidential.
  • Able to use office equipment including computers, and able to learn new software.
  • Able to follow regulated guidelines and property management protocols.
  • Demonstrates commitment to professional development and learning quickly.
