Job Title: Patient Support Specialist

A leading healthcare provider is seeking an experienced Patient Support Specialist to coordinate and deliver essential patient support services.

This full-time role involves managing interactions with healthcare providers, securing insurance coverage, and ensuring patients access the necessary care for their therapy. The ideal candidate will be a registered nurse or registered practical nurse (RN/RPN) with bilingual capabilities in English and French. They should also have experience in patient support programs.

Responsibilities:
