Eyeconcept is seeking a dynamic Sales Associate to join our team.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet customers and offer assistance in product selection
  • Operate Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions
  • Provide product knowledge and demonstrate features to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
  • Meet and exceed sales targets
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
  • Process payments accurately using cashiering skills

Skills:


  • Excellent communication skills to effectively sell products
  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Basic math skills for processing transactions and handling cash
  • Bilingual proficiency is a plus for engaging with diverse customers
  • Technical sales knowledge to assist customers with product demos
  • Experience in retail sales is preferred
