Tasks:


  • Promote conference and meeting services or special events.
  • Inspect and select sites.
  • Develop marketing and communication plans.
  • Develop media strategies and public relations activities.
  • Prepare, present and manage budgets.
  • Review bids and negotiate costs.
  • Coordinate and monitor conference and meeting activities and attend to related details.
  • Coordinate media services.
  • Coordinate setups, staging, seating, parking, communication systems and other details for special events.
  • Confirm and coordinate speakers.
  • Plan and arrange for accommodation and transportation services.
  • Research and design special events programs.
  • Manage Event Logistics.

Supervision:3-4 people
