- This role acts as an ambassador of our culture and values, responsible for the Georgetown facility. You will provide guidance to the location's leadership team as well as employees on best practices for a healthy and safe working environment.
- Collaborate closely with peer group in executing company safety policies by providing training and education to ensure that employees follow Corporate and Governmental Safety Standards (OHSA/MOL)
- Work collaboratively with Corporate Health & Safety team & other Ontario Health Specialists fostering employee engagement & continuous learning
- Influence change through comprehensive risk assessments & data analysis proactively reviewing/ implementing new programs based on current regulatory requirements
- Conduct frontline employee risk review hazard assessments assisting teams developing actionable plans promoting proactive approach toward injury prevention
