We are seeking a ProcurementSpecialist to support pre-award procurement activities in the Design,
Engineering, and Technical Services category for a large public-sector capital procurement team. This role involves leading complex professional services procurements,
developing sourcing strategies, coordinating high-value contracts,
ensuring compliance with procurement policies,and guiding internal stakeholders throughout the process.
- Analyze proposals for commercial compliance and prepare award recommendations and reports.
