Who you are- You demonstrate the ability to define and implement action plans, budgets and follow up on goals with a dynamic leadership profile and a "handson" attitude
- You have more than 5 years managerial and leadership experience, preferably gained in a retail or supply chain environment; having an undergraduate degree in business, logistics or retail management is an asset
- You have the capability to manage a highvolume and vibrant retail business in a fastchanging multichannel environment and to make things happen with confidence and resilience
- You have excellent ability to operate independently and communicate effectively at all levels of a fastpaced, change oriented organization
- You have highly developed strategic, organizational and decisionmaking skills and proven experience with the collection, analysis and optimization of logistics key figures and their impact on an organization's P&L
- You have a good understanding of "Sales to Range to Space", "Range to Space to Volume" principles and "Sales Space dimensioning" including IKEA Code of Conduct, regulations and legislation relating to health, safety and security and all relevant Standard operational procedures
Responsibilities:
- Live the IKEA values and nurture a strong and thriving IKEA culture that inspires and empowers your team to excel in store fulfilment operations
- Coach and support the logistics team coworkers and other departments in the principles and practice of effective logistics working methods and operational procedures (particularly the store's commercial and CFF teams)
- Accountable for positioning IKEA retail and the IKEA brand as responsible partners in reducing environmental impact by taking relevant actions that contribute to achieving longterm profitability in a sustainable and ecofriendly manner
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction in a costeffective way while taking into consideration both product availability and customer order fulfillment in a multichannel environment
- Share your professional expertise and knowledge of space and capacity planning, physical goods flow, supporting product change activities and replenishing sales spaces in a costefficient way with your commercial team partners and other functions in order to secure an exciting and inspiring customer shopping experience
- Ensure that the store fulfilment operations are carried out in compliance with the implemented business and logistics action plans along with the IKEA Code of Conduct and internal regulations such as standard operating procedures and local health, safety and environmental legislations

Full-time: 40 hours / week (Including Evenings and Weekends)
Salary:
$79,844 / year + Benefits (Starting salary may increase depending on experience)
