Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain accurate workforce forecasts based on historical data, industry trends, and business needs.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the workforce.
  • Communicate and collaborate with department managers to understand staffing requirements to ensure appropriate staffing levels are maintained and to identify any issues or concerns.
  • Create and manage employee schedules to ensure optimal coverage and adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and analyze realtime data to identify and address any staffing gaps or issues that may arise.
  • Conduct regular analysis of workforce metrics to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
  • Provide recommendations and implement strategies to optimize workforce productivity and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruitment teams to ensure timely onboarding and training of new employees.
  • Stay uptodate with industry best practices and emerging trends in workforce management.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of workforce management software and tools
  • Provide training and support to managers and employees on workforce management processes and procedures Develop and implement policies and procedures for workforce management and scheduling

What we are looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, human resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in workforce management, preferably 5 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in workforce management software and tools.
  • Strong knowledge of scheduling and workforce management software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced, deadlinedriven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to workforce management.
