Join one of Ontario's premier dealerships, Bennett GM, as an
Automotive Service
Cashier. This valuable position is the face of the service department.

The Service Cashier also has many responsibilities that affect the dealership's service department's efficiency and bottom line.


As a Service Cashier you will:

  • Receive cash, cheques and credit card payments from Service and Parts customers and record the amount received.
  • Verify the accuracy of the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system and closed repair orders.
  • Assists in Rental/Loaner Car check in/out.
  • Direct customers who have additional questions or concerns to their Service Advisor or other appropriate individual.
  • Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verifies against cashonhand.
  • File and scan repair orders and other dealership documents.
  • Other Clerical functions assigned by Management.

Job Requirements:


  • Previous dealership experience is preferred but not required
  • Positive attitude is a must
  • Customer Service needs to be a Priority
  • Need to be responsible and organized, and have good communication skills.
  • Punctuality is required
  • Must be able to multitask and perform under pressure
