Lustre Products Ltd. is a local Chilliwack, BC manufacturer and supplier of high-end elevator and escalator parts worldwide. We are currently looking to fill the role of
Coordinator, Sales & Service.


Reporting to the Manager, Sales & Marketing, the Coordinator of Sales & Service is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the Sales & Service Department, ensuring team and individual performance goals and metrics are met.

The Coordinator will display a high level of competency of the CRM/ERP system.


Responsibilities are, but not limited to:

  • Prioritize, assign, and monitor the work of the Customer Service Representative (CSR) team.
  • Ensure all customer inquiries are responded to within four (4) hours of receipt, i

  • Sales Acknowledgments
  • Service Inquiries
  • Review all CSR quotes and orders prior to approval.
  • Manage the RMA process.
  • Maintain accurate records and document all customer service activities and discussions.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Finance, Production, Logistics and QA to meet or exceed customers expectations.
  • Collaborate with Senior CSR to collect daily KPI data and report monthly KPIs.
  • Review KPI results with Sales Team and establish monthly goals.
  • Participate in developing and implementing efficiencies in sales, customer service, order processing and data entry.
  • Follow and help update the current training program for CSRs.
  • Ensure compliance of all policy and procedures.
  • Assist manager with performance reviews for the Sales Team.
  • Provide administrative support to the Manager, Sales & Marketing.

Sales & Service Support:


  • Help build and coordinate results of sales campaign through the CRM and ERP systems for existing customers and prospects.
  • Manage service tickets in CRM/ERP and ensure satisfactory followup on all sales and servicerelated issues.
  • Maintain CRM, including data input, updating contact info, digital filing, etc.
  • Analyze customer data and provide recommendation to the Sales & Marketing Manager to continue organizational growth and reduce churn.

Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities:


  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong customer service skills, ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Able to work effectively and contribute within a team environment.
  • High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Team player, willing to go above and beyond.
  • Conflict resolution skills.
  • Critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with B2B customer interactions is an asset.
