We are searching for an exceptional Assistant Store Manager to join our team in beautiful Park Royal

What we need from you:

Leadership & People
- **Cultivate a strong bond with your store manager and store optometrist. Partnering with your store leadership team you inspire, motivate, and develop your team. Always stay focused on your people and customers

Customer Experience
  • Lead from the floor. You are the beacon of what outstanding customer experience looks like and you train your team to deliver the same. At least 3 years previous customer service experience is a must

  • Being honest and helping people find their looks by guiding customers to find that perfect pair of frames.

  • Leading with enthusiasm and proactive to help your team and customers. You love being in a fastpaced environment, willing to take on a challenge all with a cando attitude

Optical Experience - while not a necessity, previous experience is a big plus in this role

  • Create an environment in the store so the team is clear on the daily goals and help remove roadblocks for the team to achieve them.

  • Work with your SM and Optometrist to identify opportunities to network locally and participate in managing the product seeding budget and community events
