Property Administrator


We are looking for a customer service professional for residents/clients that can maintain the duties in regard to property administration and the ability to work as a team.


Wage:
$20/hr


Schedule:40 hrs/ week


Tentative start date:
March 13th


Main Responsibilities:


  • Matching invoices to approved PO's, route invoices to AP for approval
  • Processing all utility invoices in Yardi
  • Monitoring the tracker for Vendors that are on PAP
  • Ensure invoices in the Invoice Register are processed two days before the cutoff (will provide the 2023 close schedule)
  • Responsible for following up with the Originators to receive PO, request PO to be created for invoices without PO
  • Assisting Vendors/Team for invoice payment inquiries
  • Reach out to our Vendors to sign up for EFT if they are still set up for cheque payments
  • Responsible for contacting vendors to revise invoices with incorrect billing information

Education

  • Minimum High School diploma.
  • Preference: College Degree in a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of 2 years experience in leasing and property administration
  • Experience using Property Management Software such as Yardi, an asset

Skills and abilities

  • Solid working knowledge of residential property administration.
  • Sound judgment and decisionmaking capabilities.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Motivated to learn more and grow within this position.
  • Good negotiating skills.
  • Has a high tolerance to stress.
