Responsibilities

Mentoring and training apprentice and service technicians,
  • Liaising with service manager in the planning, scheduling, arrangement of parts and efficiency of repairs in the shop
  • Maintain a high level of quality control by inspecting repairs to ensure that the quality workmanship cleanliness is up standard as required
  • Maintain safe work environment through day-to-day observation as well participation safety meetings
  • Support customer service where service manager or technicians unavailable
  • Maintaining current knowledge John Deere competitive equipment
  • Keep all servic shop tools up standard advise service manager any repairs replacements require/li.Participate call overtime hours ensure high level customer service department
