We are looking for an intermediate Live Operations Product Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will work directly with our game teams to help and create the most engaging and rewarding product and live service experience for our players.

You are dedicated to figuring out what players want, how they behave in the game, and most importantly, why.

From there, you will transform the insights from data and work with the game teams to create actionable product roadmaps.


You are expected to:


  • Represent the customer/player in all game development and live operations decisions, be the voice of the player to the game team using an intimate understanding of player motivations
  • Translate strategic directives into goals and features that can be monitored and drive strategy around achieving results through the associated KPIs
For Live Operations Team

  • Generate forecasts and help align content release cadences to achieve targets
  • Help define the Live Operations monetization strategy with the Live-Ops team
  • Help craft live operation events and offers with Producer and Live-Ops Manager
  • Strive to optimize monetization KPIs by continuously iterating on the monetization strategy
  • Be the liaison between Live-Ops sales team and the Quests/Events team to help align strategy and player engagement between sales and content
  • Be aware of competitor designs and become an expert in midcore mobile F2P titles
  • Proactively identify issues, optimizations, and feature implementations/improvements to maximize the player experience and business performance
  • Have the ability to do detailed deconstructions of popular game features and their monetization mechanics to influence decisions to incorporate these trends or not
  • Coordinate with Project Management to establish schedules and plans
  • Support other Product Managers by executing a variety of tasks related to product development
  • Communicate with the data team to prioritize asks and conduct indepth evaluation of ingame trends using data insights to impact topline KPIs
  • Use A/B testing and machine learning techniques when needed, to meet goals and create product/player insight. Translate outcomes into actionable recommendations
  • Is the "goto" resource for other teams for your products and features

You will bring:


  • 3+ years of relevant product experience in F2P mobile gaming
  • Deep knowledge and expertise around driving monetization and player engagement via live operations events, sales and content
  • A firm understanding of game economies, design principles and player psychology
  • Analytical skills and ability to translate datasets into actionable insights proficiency with spreadsheets
  • Communicates in a clear, concise, and professional manner with staff at all levels; achieves team consent and buyin; adapts communication style to the audience; explains difficult situations clearly
  • Collaborates effectively with others in the same discipline, across feature groups, and crossdiscipline regularly
  • Builds trusted relationships with team members across disciplines and the company, inspires and encourages teamwork
