Reporting to the Managing Partner, the Director of Workplace Solutions is responsible for ensuring that workplace solutions services including Drawing & Occupancy management, Space Planning, Move Management, Interior Design are delivered in accordance with the contract and identified success measures.

  • Effective and proactive relationship management and collaboration with key client contacts
  • Lead and direct a team responsible for Workspace Management including CAFM Technical Solutions Interior Design Strategy Experience Project Delivery Provide direct support to the team with respect to service delivery administrative issues challenges Monitor and support the preparation execution of schedules budgets delivery all projects or services ensure implementation administrative support systems finance procurement A P A R providing optimum support project/service delivery consistent BGIS standards needs strive 100% team member satisfaction effective administration provision tools support Lead direct assignment resources meet schedule budget needs program execution actively seek additional project work scope expansion benefit client BGIS ensure projects started adequate lead time complete within client time parameters meet BGIS team needs financial considerations provide reporting required support BGIS client needs program execution Create service fee proposals potential new business response RFP proposal presentations existing clients Develop network contacts foster new business maintain good client relationships ongoing business Negotiate scope fee necessary Identifies opportunities provide additional services/solutions address clients' needs business strategy/objectives Make certain processes place functional consistency repeatability alignment BGIS/Client needs sub-processes document management change management scope management schedule cost quality risk communications procurement approvals Other duties assigned
