Reports to the Senior Manager & HRBP Corporate.


What you will do:


  • Assist, coordinate, and execute in the implementation of company and business unit HR strategies, programs and processes (e.g. ongoing salary administration and annual compensation cycle, benefit programs, performance management, new employee onboarding and offboarding activities for departing employees)
  • Provide HR advisory support and problemsolving solutions to business leaders within the Corporate business functions
  • Provide support and training to managers in the interpretation and use of HR policies, processes and programs
  • Support the Corporate HR Team, recruiters, and business leaders in analyzing HR issues and making recommendations
  • Assist in resolving moderately complex employee relations matters
  • Take the lead in the deployment of HR projects and new policy deployment
  • Provide guidance and support to employees and leaders with various Leaves processes
  • Work with the Centers of Excellence (HR Service Centre, Total Rewards, Talent & Organizational Development, Internal Legal Counsel) to ensure the completeness and accuracy of employment documentation to support the effective delivery of HR services and to implement on HR strategies, programs, and processes
  • Support recruitment activity including administering the approval process
  • Support preparation of employee change letters e.g. pay band changes, and compensation changes
  • Assist in the streamlining, organization, and storage of HR documents and materials
  • Support leaders and employees in resolving routine employee relations matters and questions e.g. interpretation of policies, processes, and programs
  • Submit employee changes in SuccessFactors (myHR) and create ad hoc SuccessFactors (myHR) and SAP reports

What you will bring:


  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination of education and working experience), preferably with a Human Resources focus
  • Minimum 2 years HR experience
  • Strong administration, organizational, and time management skills
  • Customer focused attitude with demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with client groups
  • Comfortable working as part of a team and taking direction from multiple senior leaders
  • Ability to prioritize often competing demands
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills along with attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to influence with good verbal and written communication and advisory skills
  • Ability to make administrative and procedural decisions, resolve moderately complex decisions, and exercise good judgment on sensitive and confidential issues
  • SuccessFactors experience an asset
