Loss Prevention Services Limited (LPS) is the premier provider of security personnel assisting a wide client base with retail stores security and asset protection. LPS is currently seeking
Full-Time applicants in the
Eastern and Central Greater Toronto Area. Successful applicants will demonstrate strong knowledge in the Criminal Code of Canada, Citizens Powers of Arrest, and Trespass to Property Act and have a security-orientated education, and have experience in the Security Industry. Successful applicants must be willing to work across the Greater Toronto Area as needed.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide support to retail and warehouse environment
Follow proper procedures and protocols
Write extensive incident reports while utilizing knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Citizens' Powers of Arrest
Represent Loss Prevention Services in a professional manner at all times

Minimum Requirements:

Valid Ontario Security Guard License
Minimum 1year security guard experience (references will be checked)
High school Diploma (preference will be given to Police Foundations/Law & Security graduates)
Cell phone with a data plan
Ability to work on weekends
Physically fit to walk for extended periods
High degree of honesty & integrity
Reliable vehicle is an asset
