Overview:
We are seeking an ambitious sales representative to join our growing team. This position is suited for someone with people skills, customer service background, and the ability to sell. Having a background in home service business sales is preferred. This position will start off as an outbound sales position and will require local travelling. Having your own reliable vehicle is required.
Responsibilities:
- Work as a sales representative for the company and have a thorough understanding of our services
- Conducting estimates on a daily basis. Having a good understanding of pricing and how to upsell additional services to customers
- Meeting with clients and providing advice and excellent customer service.
- Always being professional and presentable while representing the company
- Full training is provided, however, a background in sales, or atleast ambition to sell is required
- Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in maintaining office organization and cleanliness.
- Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and courtesy.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing records.
- Support administrative staff with various tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in administrative roles, sales roles? or similar positions.
- Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills and phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with sales procedures, CRM managegment, prospecting, etc
- Great customer service skills and the ability to prospect and close sales
- Ability to proofread documents for accuracy.
