Administrative Assistant - Guelph, Canada - Investment Planning Counsel
Description
As the Administrative Assistant in the office, you will be working and training with the current Assistant in the office.
Primary responsibilities will include answering the phone, taking client instructions, booking appointments and completing financial documentation for onboarding of new clients as well as financial transactions.
You will be responsible for filing of records, following up with clients, maintaining the privacy of our clients. The security and accuracy of information collected is incredibly important. Organizational skills must be strong.
Strong customer service skills are required as you will be dealing with an established client base, who has come to expect a high level of service and a strong relationship with the Administrative Assistant.

Part-time
Part-time hours: 28 per week
Salary:
From $18.00 per hour
