Job Overview

The Hatchery Manager position is a key role in our organization, responsible for overseeing all activities related to the hatchery.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate hatchery activities ensuring high productivity levels are met.


• Develop and implement quality assurance programs that align with industry regulations on sanitation, vaccinations etc.


• Maintain knowledge of market forecasts and customer orders to plan effective hatch schedules.
