MANAGER, MEMBER SERVICES
(Permanent, Full-time)

More about the position

Under the supervision of the Branch Manager, as the Manager, Member Services you are responsible for the direction, training and administration functions of the member service department.

You provide leadership and coaching to ensure service standards are maintained and all policies and procedures are adhered to.

What you bring:

5 years of financial and customer service experience in a caisse, credit union or bank
Leadership and staff management skills with experience supervising staff
Ability to review member service representative's competencies and training
Understanding of HR functions such as interviews, conflict and change management
Strong working knowledge of products offered by the Caisse, such as RRSP, RRIF, RESP, GIC and TFSA
Strong bilingual communication skills in French, written and verbal, is required
