The Strategic Security Services team is expanding within Citrix Our mission is to proactively harden and protect our most strategic customers We act as white-glove security partners for the worlds most complex financial healthcare government and critical infrastructure organizations.We are a team of deeply technical risk-aware experts whose sole focus is to make these customers demonstrably more secure reduce their risk and in turn protect their business
- Serve as the named high-touch security expert and security point of contact for your assigned customers.
- Collaborate closely with the Account Technical Specialist (ATS) and other internal teams to ensure a unified customer experience.
- Conduct security assessments design reviews and hardening workshops for Citrix customers.
