Job description
We are an RV mobile repair business seeking a full-time answering service to handle inbound calls 7 days a week.
Your role will be to answer calls in fluent English and Spanish, greet callers professionally, and direct them to send us a text message for service requests.
We prefer to hire an experienced company with a dedicated team, rather than just one or two individuals. Consistency is key, as we operate daily. If your team can represent our professionalism across both languages, we want to work with youContract duration of more than 6 months.
