We have two main divisions; sustainably focused pest control, and innovative, high-profile wildlife management. Essentially, we do everything from helping people and businesses with basic pests to helping governments with beavers, predators, and so on.

About the Job:We are seeking an experienced, hands-on pest control tech.

The ideal candidate would have a strong work ethic and work autonomously to perform a variety of tasks related to identifying and solving pest problems.

Tasks range from trap management to assessments and inspections, to insect control.

Training & Support:

• Our technicians need to think practically, act ethically, and show up ready to work effectively – bring your skills, and our team of internationally educated wildlife scientists and seasoned managers will fill in any gaps.
• Within a few weeks, regardless of your background, you will be flying through the basic tasks.

Requirements:

• A valid structural pesticide license.
• Residential and commercial insect control experience.
• A valid driver's license with a clean record.
• Experience within skilled trades, handy person.

Tasks:

• Rodent management trap checks. (no rodenticides/glue boards)
• Servicing premium commercial clients.
• Inspections and site assessments.
• Insect control and application of residential and commercial sites.
• Enthusiastic to innovate within the sustainable insect control space to reduce pesticide application.
• Regular work performed on ladders, roofs and in confined spaces.
• Maintain communication with the office throughout the day.
• Provide excellent customer service.

Wage:

• $20-30/hour starting, depending on experience and following any necessary training/probation period.
