Responsibilities

• Ensure repairs are being completed in a timely manner and on budget
• Supervise a staff of licensed technicians Welders and apprentices Dispatching and schedule for daily work Schedule and facilitate with or for Service Manager Monthly safety meetings Weekly performance reviews Daily progress reports Supply technicians with contact information for each task Knowledge of job locations for dispatch efficiency Knowledge of technicians skillsets to assign appropriate jobs Train and mentor junior technicians leading by example Follow promote and ensure all technicians comply with company policies and safety procedures Maintaining safe harassment free environment Creating a work environment of collaboration team atmosphere throughout all shops Responsible for creating filling out Open update closing workorders BBOs Safety opportunities JHA Reviewing approval of technicians Timecards Daily truck inspections Service reports JJAR Cards Updating service manager Coordinate subcontractors third party repairs directed by Service Manager Update ongoing repairs via Spreadsheet daily meetings Notify service manager any costs exceed $2500 00 Notify Service Manager any shop process challenges Maintain clean organized shop Other duties responsibilities assigned supervisor
