    Vitasoy International is a leading manufacturer and distributor of plant-based beverages and food listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HK0345).

    Vitasoy USA was founded in 1978 and is accredited as one of the first companies to introduce soymilk to North America.

    Since then, we have established ourselves as Vitasoy North America, and moved our headquarters to Toronto, Canada and manage our brand portfolios across the US and Canada markets.

    Our two major brands are VITASOY, nutritious soy and other plant-based beverages, and VITA, tea and other ready to drink beverages.

    As the Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to explore the magic of supply chain and logistic industry.

    You will be liaising between export team who based in HK and distributors who located throughout North America. You will be thrilled about being surrounded by iconic VITA drinks and supportive coworkers.

    You will be reporting directly to Customer Service Supervisor for Vitasoy North America.

    You will be required to be in our North York office Monday – Friday when first starting and will transition to a hybrid (in-office and work from home) model based on your manager's discretion after the probation period.

    What You'll Do
    Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for the following duties:
    and process customer orders and ensure accurate and timely data entry into our inventory management system
    manage current orders and customer information, ensure the information be verified and updated
    exceptional customer service, identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
    and trace order and shipments as required, keep the appropriate departments and customers updated
    and maintain relevant documentation for customs and duties accurately and efficiently
    closely with Sales & Marketing Teams for any order related inquiries, e.g. provide shipping details, coordinate on production planning etc.

    What We're Looking For
    College diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field
    Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and multitask
    Strong organizational and time management skills required, including the proven ability to work accurately and efficiently
    2+ years of related customer service, logistics or supply chain experience would be preferred
    Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office suite including Outlook
    High proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel
    Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
    Fluent in English. Chinese preferred (Cantonese and/or Mandarin), but not required
    Self-starter with a passion for collaborating with teammates to solve problems
    Experience CPG, or Food and Beverages is an asset
    Experience in SOS is an asset
