Tiny Souls is a start-up children's media and caregiver resource company.

Tiny Souls content reinforces empowering themes and concepts, to engage preschool-age children and their families in meaningful conversations, to build strong and healthy relationships, and become active and invested members of their local communities.


Responsibilities

Customer Acquisition and Sales:


  • Build sales funnels, customer acquisition strategy and conversion tools to grow customer base and drive revenue
  • Oversee SEO/SEM and digital advertising programs (namely Google and Meta Ads) to drive website traffic, lead generation, and sales
  • Support customer service/customer success efforts in initial months
  • Identify and build relationships and programs with potential partners, brands, and influencers
  • Monitor and analyze data and trends to make informed strategic decisions and optimize results

Brand and Product Marketing

  • Responsible for all brand touchpoints and marketing channels
- to promote physical products (i.e. activity kits, stuffies and board books) and digital offerings (i.e. online parenting courses and app)

  • Grow IG audience size, reach and engagement through paid and organic growth programs. The ultimate aim is to establish Tiny Souls as a thought leader in the parenting space and facilitate sales of digital and physical products.
  • Monetize IG audience through brand deals with likeminded companies
  • Work with the CEO and CCO (Chief Creative Officer) on physical product development and sales
  • Later, increase awareness of Tiny Souls brand via PR and partnerships (top of funnel)

Team and Resource Management:


  • Work closely with the CEO and CCO to develop strategy and creative, as well as collaborate crossfunctionally with key department heads for input and alignment
  • Manage budget and resources allocated to Tiny Souls sales and marketing efforts, including website, SEO/SEM, content marketing, social media platforms, paid growth, Google Ads/Analytics
  • Oversee external agencies, contractors, and content creators to meet deadlines and ensure highquality, onbrand deliverables
  • Make recommendations to management team based on consumer insights, data and trends and in light of business objectives

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field preferred
  • 35+ years work experience in a related position preferred
  • A passion for education, children's development, and family wellbeing
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external teams
  • A selfstarter that can work independently
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools and techniques and demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing strategies and campaigns
  • Experience marketing to parents of young children preferred
  • Experience marketing online courses or subscription based kits and products preferred
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Employees become eligible for medical insurance benefits following the 90 day probationary period.


Working Location
Applicants based in Vancouver, Canada are preferred. Hybrid with 2-3 days at home and the remainder in the office.
