Description
Assisting customers as they shop for new products or services- Making product suggestions according to the wants and needs of customers
- Preparing and submitting weekly sales or inventory reports to management
- Keeping contact lists and following up with current customers to continue building relationships
- Answer phone calls to the store with a professional, courteous and friendly demeanor.
- Explain complex technical issues to customers in a nontechnical, simple to understand manner.
- Operating and maintaining tools and equipment properly, including software and instore systems to track repair tickets and inventory.

$15.50 per hour
