Description

Responsibilities:
**Must have residential construction experience

  • Assemble and fabricate structures and framing using hand and power tools
  • Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and drawings to determine specifications and materials needed
  • Measure, cut, shape, and join materials (wood, fiberglass, drywall, etc.) according to specifications
  • Install structures and fixtures such as windows, doors, cabinets, stairs, and molding
  • Inspect and repair damaged frameworks or structures
  • Collaborate with other carpenters and construction team members to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Other duties as assigned by General Manager

Skills:


  • Proficient in carpentry techniques including measuring, cutting, shaping, and joining materials
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
  • Knowledge of building codes and regulations
  • Familiarity with various hand and power tools used in carpentry
