What we are looking for:


  • Takes responsibility for specific projects and subdeliverables by actively executing project plan, and maintaining quality standards using project methodologies, processes and tools.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources and provide management reporting on results.
  • Coordinate and compile project status reports.
  • Record and track milestones, risks, issues, and major action items.
  • Report on project financials, including budget and actual expenditures.
  • Create/develop presentation material.
  • Support project teams by documenting key decisions.
  • Proactively monitor performance trends.
  • Enhance existing processes, reporting, and systems that define, measure, and analyze productivity.
  • Develop and report out on key performance indicator dashboards.
  • Create templates, as required.
  • Maintains clear communication with crossfunctional stakeholders regarding mutual expectations, and monitors stakeholder satisfaction.
  • Actively takes advantage of change opportunities and recommends new or revised strategies for project integration.
  • Actively identifies efficiencies for future implementations.
  • Builds business relationships beyond the project environment.
  • Perform ad hoc analyses and develop reports/dashboards.
  • Aid in the implementation of processes supporting hospitalwide project and portfolio management standards.

What you bring to the role:


  • 5 years of project management, analyst or related experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of relevant project management tools.
  • Health system knowledge.
  • Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) credential an asset
  • Master's degree or relevant experience in the healthcare field preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) credential an asset.
  • Strong problem solving skills. Ability to research process issues, undertake root cause analysis, and offer recommended next steps for timely resolution of issues.
  • Superior analytical skills with the ability to identify trends and present information in a succinct and actionable manner.
  • Experience developing key performance metrics and associated reporting for strategy execution and project implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to research/investigate issues and resolve problems.
  • Highly skilled at developing efficient, repeatable reporting processes with a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize business requirements in a dynamic, fast paced environment.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation with a focus on collaboration and flexibility when working with both external and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience developing and delivering management reporting packages and dashboards.
  • Demonstrated good attendance and performance records with the ability to maintain these same standards
  • Demonstrates a commitment to a healthy and safe workplace for self and others (staff, patients, families, etc.) by taking all reasonable precautions and working in compliance with hospital related policies, health and safety legislation and best practices and completing relevant mandatory education as required

$ $53.94 per hour

$85,644 - $105,183 per year
