Who are we looking for?

Combined Insurance is currently hiring for a Finance intern to support our Field Accounting Services and Risk Management teams within the Finance department.

Responsibilities Processing and handling of payments and journal entries for independent contractors, verifying bi-weekly entries prior to release Account reconciliation and financial data validation Manage overall data integrity to guarantee accurate reporting Additional tasks and projects as required
Requirements MS Office skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Oral and written communication skills Analytical skills, able to coordinate and examine data Strong record of academic achievement Actively enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program Local to the Greater Toronto Area
Preferred Majors Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Business Administration, or another related field

Schedule:
May 2023-August 2023 (Dates TBD); Full-time (Monday to Friday), 37.5 hours/week
