We are a growing Colombian coffee company and roastery, currently with 2 locations in
Oakville, and one soon opening in downtown Toronto.

Our company is focused on improving the coffee experience by adhering to
Responsible Trade and working directly with local Colombian farmers to seek the best quality single estate origin specialty coffee beans and roasting them in-house adhering to our strict standards and procedures to provide an array of unique flavours to provide to our customers.

We're hiring full-time baristas to build our team at our new Toronto location opening at Scotia

Plaza We are looking for experienced baristas who are passionate about coffee and excited about the opportunity to learn and grow within our team.

_Position:
Full-time Barista_

_Location:
Toronto (at Scotia Plaza)_

_Starting Pay:
$18.00 per hour + tips_

_Responsibilities_

Provide outstanding customer service; ensure customer needs are met in a timely fashion_
Maintain cleanliness and functionality of cafe at all times_
Responsible for the opening and closing of the cafe this includes ensuring the cleaning_

- checklist is complete, setting the alarm and locking up at the end of the day_

Prepare exceptional, highquality beverages_
Sell our coffees by utilizing your knowledge of our current coffee offerings and roasting_

- profiles and confidently and accurately communicate this to the customer_

Carry out all other assigned duties_

_Skills + Experience_

Customer service experience is required_
Must have previous barista experience_
Ability to work well under pressure while remaining calm and professional at all times_
