Job Summary
The Head Instructor is responsible for leading and delivering the Counsellor in Training (CIT) Camp program at Variety Village. This role supports teens in developing leadership, teamwork, communication, and professional skills within a safe, inclusive, and supportive camp environment.
+Responsibilities include:
- Plan, coordinate, and lead daily CIT camp programming and leadership activities.
- Supervise, mentor, and support CIT participants throughout the program.
- Previous experience in a Junior Head Instructor role or an equivalent leadership position within a camp recreation youth leadership setting is required.
