    Description

    Sous le mandat du directeur d'usine et du gestionnaire du service à la clientèle, et en collaboration avec le chef d'équipe du service à la clientèle, un représentant du service à la clientèle est responsable de la gestion des taches suivant.

    Ce qui vous attend:
    - Saisir et recevoir les commandes, traiter les paiements et transférer le tout à l'équipe logistique;
    - Vérifier pour chaque commande le produit reçu et toutes les informations qui y sont rattaché ainsi que les divers documents lorsque;
    - Coordonner la production et coordinnation des stocks;
    - Recevoir les appels clients et les assister dans leurs divers besoins;
    - Assurer la satisfactions des clients et le cas échéant, coordonner les retours et les réclamations.
    Qualifications:
    - Minimum de 2 ans d'expérience en service à la clientèle
    - Excellentes compétences en informatique (suite Microsoft Office)
    - Expérience avec SAP et Sales Force serait un atout
    - Bilingue (anglais et français) parlé et écrit, bien que le français ne soit pas requis à l'extérieur de la province de Québec.
