Site Schedule Note:_You will work on day or night shifts, depending on the project schedule. You will also be required to travel to different locations across Western Canada as various projects require, out of town work up to 50% of the overall year. Projects are shorter terms lasting between just days, or 2-3 months total schedule.

As a general construction labourer, you will perform various tasks on commercial construction sites, such as moving materials, cleaning debris, assisting tradespeople, and following instructions from the site foreman.

This is an unskilled labour position, but it offers the opportunity to learn carpentry skills and apprentice if you so desire.

You will learn from experienced professionals and gain valuable experience in the construction industry.

To be a successful general construction labourer, you need to have the following qualifications:

Physically able to perform heavy lifting, bending, climbing, and other manual tasks
Reliable and punctual, showing up on time and ready to work
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Able to follow safety rules and regulations
Able to communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers
A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle at all times to transport to various sites.

Salary:
$21.00-$25.00 per hour
