We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CEO to spearhead our manufacturing and wholesale operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Key duties and responsibilities include:

Ensure stable supplies to the existing customers and improve turnover rate to free up more space in the current warehouse.
Avoid overdue by monitoring the financial department to have a good communication with the customer.
Regularly discuss with the customers for specific needs and market trends.
Purchase equipment in good order to begin manufacturing locally and accomplish finance lease if possible.
Develop new customers by fulfilling their customized orders.
Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions. Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff locally. Train the local management team.
Find a suitable site in Metro Vancouver to rent in the initial stage of the factory, lead the manufacturing of US standard doors and frames, and export to the US from Canada smoothly.
Allocate material, human and financial resources to implement company policies and programs; establish financial and administrative controls; formulate and approve promotional campaigns; and approve overall personnel planning.
Ensure efficient manufacturing processes and manage the company's assets and liabilities to ensure financial health.
Choose suitable self-owned real estate for the factory and keep the mortgage rate affordable.
Implement new and long-term business strategies.

Employment requirements
1.

Education:

A master's degree in business administration, engineer, finance or a related field pertinent to the company's product is mandatory.

2.

Work Experience:
At least one year experience as a middle manager in fire door manufacturing, utilities or construction. At least one year of corporate financing experience. At least half year of fire door sales experience.

3.

Certificates:
Chartered Financial Analyst(CFA) or Financial Risk Manager(FRM) is preferred.

4.

Language Skills:
An above 7 IELTS overall Band score is required for nonnative English speaker applicants. Mandarin is preferred for better communication with the Dalian factory.

5.

Ethical Leadership:
Maintaining high ethical standards and integrity is crucial for building trust and credibility with the owner.

6.

Execution Skills:
Exceptional ability to monitor, allocate, communicate and control the factory setup process.

7.

Risk Management Skills:

The ability to assess and manage risks effectively is essential in guiding GH through uncertainties and challenges during expansion.

8.

Patience:

GH has been recruiting, retaining and training local skilled workers, so the CEO is required to train the local team patiently.

9.

Global Perspective:
Strong understanding of the current fire door market and techniques, including production processes, and industry trends.
