General Accountability:

As a Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in the marketing department with its initiatives and programs.

The position is responsible for collaborating within the team to lead the brand and message for our patients to effectively communicate these to our external partners and patients.

Working closely with Vice President of Marketing, this role will support the successful implementation and delivery of strategies and initiatives, as well as the ability to work on special projects when necessary.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for branding, messaging, and positioning for the key portfolios, specifically the TULSA-PRO product line.
  • Develop and oversee strategies in support of Marketing priorities and initiatives with a focus on patient demand generation, brand awareness and growing Profound's digital marketing capabilities.
  • Collaborate on the commercial strategy and marketing activities for the TULSA-PRO product portfolios, including crafting and implementing a strategic marketing plan to drive utilization and awareness.
  • Work crossfunctionally with the Training and Medical Education teams to ensure successful delivery of product brand and messaging for new launches and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Clinical and Regulatory teams to create an impactful brand and message that resonates with patients and enhances education material.
  • Lead and support marketing team to ensure all roles are working towards a common goal, multidisciplinary strategies are all developed and executed according to integrated objectives with clearly defined and tracked key results.
  • Build internal/external tools, resources, and campaigns to help promote the value of our products and services to effectively generate incremental revenue/maintain existing customer relationships.
  • Travel to meetings and events as required.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Education and Certification:


  • Bachelor's degree or a combination of education and experience

Key Attributes (experience, skills and technical knowledge):

  • 5+ years of marketing and sales experience; 2+ years in medical devices
  • Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies, brand messaging, simultaneously leading projects and bringing them to successful completion.
  • Experience establishing relationships and optimally communicating/working with customers and crossfunctions teams/partners.
  • Organized selfstarter: able to work well under pressure and manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Strong business acumen, with demonstrated success in linking strategy to results.
  • Knowledge of effective design strategies/techniques across multiple marketing channels
  • Deep familiarity with the use of analytics to enhance and modify website performance.
  • Dedicated team player with a positive attitude who is also able to be an effective individual contributor.
  • Communication and collaboration: Proactively share information within and across the organization; listen actively, tailor the message to the audience.
  • A responsive and accountable problem solver who can work in a collaborative Proven to be flexible in supporting changing business priorities with a handson mentality and cando attitude.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%
