POSITION OVERVIEW


As the Product Catalogue Specialist, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the integrity and excellence of our product catalogue.

Reporting directly to the eCommerce Merchandising Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing both the back-end and front-end health of our product systems and touchpoints, anticipating customer needs, and optimizing the online discovery experience for our products.


RESPONSABILITIES & DUTIES

  • PRODUCT CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT_
  • Manage creation and ongoing maintenance of products i.e. product descriptions, technical data, product imagery (silo and lifestyle) and other attributes.
  • Conduct meticulous data entry, covering vital details such as product dimensions, color codes, and weights.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product Data team and Head of Product to uphold data integrity and manage the health of product information between PIM and Shopify.
  • Conduct regular website audits to guarantee proper display and presentation of product information, with a customercentric approach.
  • Oversee SKU relationships, managing variants, upsell and crosssell initiatives across the product catalog, swatches, and customer reviews.
  • Support Product discovery tactics, including Searchandizing, Filters.
  • Generate both ad hoc and scheduled product reports, identifying trends in top sellers, product lift, new SKU performance, and manufacturer performance.
  • ONLINE PRODUCT LAUNCH PROCESS_
  • Coordinate the necessary inputs for successful product launches.
  • Proactively communicate any shifts in the product launch schedule to key stakeholders, including marketing, eCommerce, and product teams.
  • MARKETING & ECOMM INNITIATIVES_
  • Manage product feeds to optimize paid advertising performance.
  • Support merchandising and content management across the site.
  • Manage customer product reviews program.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and potential opportunities to enhance our product presence online.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:


  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in digital merchandising, eCommerce site operations, or site publishing.
  • Experience in Shopify an asset.
  • Detail oriented selfstarter with strong organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities effectively.
  • Resourceful with problemsolving skills, even in undefined situations.
  • Customercentric approach, consistently evaluating the experience through the eyes of the customer.
  • Strong Excel Skills & experience with product reporting.
  • Proven track record of effective communication across internal and external teams.
  • Keen to take on new opportunities and challenges, with a passion for continuous development and growth

The Salary range for this role is $55,000 - $65,000 per year
