Project Manager Experience:

Key Responsibilities and duties

Discuss potential project requirements and their parameters with clients, executives, and software developers.
Planning out the requirements for software projects, including defining the scope, allocating resources, setting deadlines, laying out communication strategies, and indicating tests and maintenance.
Assembling and leading the project team
Participating in and supervising each stage of the project.
Ensuring each project stays on schedule and adheres to the deadlines.
Creating a project budget and ensuring the project adheres to the budget as closely as possible.
Determining and overseeing consistent testing, evaluation, and troubleshooting of all products in all stages of completion.
Tracking milestones, deliverables, and change requests on JIRA and relevant project management tools
Experience in Agile project management and scrum methodology
Serving as a liaison to communicate information regarding changes, milestones reached, and other pertinent information.
Organize and produce meeting content, document meeting minutes, track followups, write deliverable action plans, and project updates to senior management
Delivering completed software products to clients and performing regular checks on the products' performance.
Experience in working with crossfunctional teams.
Directly reporting to EVP
Delivery, and Director of Product development.

Requirements and Qualifications:

management, software engineering, computer science, or a related field.

of experience in project management.

Proficient in the use of a computer, with MS Word, Excel, Visio, and Jira skill sets
Good working knowledge of project estimation techniques.
Technical knowledge is good to have but not mandate
Good leadership, decisionmaking, and organization skills.
Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
Financial domain project management a plus.
